Agreements
As part of our normal procedure in processing applications, a routine inquiry will be made concerning your background. Personal references and former employers may be contacted. As part of this investigation, a check of driving and criminal records will also be conducted. Information gathered about your background and qualifications will be used in making a fair employment decision. Further information such as name of the consumer reporting agency or the nature and scope of such inquiry, if one is made, is available to you upon written request.
I hereby certify that the answers given by me to the above questions and statements are true and correct and hereby authorize you to contact references, past or present employers and any other sources of information which may be relevant to my application for employment. It is understood and agreed that any misrepresentation, false statement or omissions by me in this Application will be sufficient reason for rejection of my Application or for dismissal at any time during my employment, without liability to this Company.
I further understand that the acceptance of this application by this Company neither expresses nor implies I will be offered employment. I understand my employment is at will and I may resign at any time for any reason; similarly, my employment may be terminated by the Company at any time for any reason. Any changes to this at-will employment will not be valid unless in writing signed by me and an officer of this Company.
I further understand that this application will be held in an active file for 45 days from the date of submission. At that time, it will be placed in an inactive file and will no longer be reviewed by the Company. If I am still interested in employment, I must complete a new application.
